There are 2 types of reports in Tabie CRM: System Generated Reports (SGR) and Plain Text Reports (PTR). PTR Templates help managers and supervisors to list out report sections and assign them to departments within the team.
On your menu, select More, and then select Create a Report Template
Add details about your report and submit (view sample at the end of this article)
To add new sections to the same report, click Add another section
select users who should view that report template and submit
And that’s it! The selected users can now access the new plain text report template.
